V souvislosti s t\u00edmto t\u00e9matem tak\u00e9 doporu\u010dujeme p\u0159e\u010d\u00edst n\u00e1\u0161 \u010dl\u00e1nek o tom, na co bychom se m\u011bli p\u0159ipravit p\u0159ed samotnou stavbou <a href=\"https:\/\/lunacek.org\/blog\/na-co-bychom-se-meli-pripravit-pred-stavbou-rodinneho-domu\/\">(odkaz)<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Podcen\u011bn\u00ed projektu<\/h3>\r\n<p>Spole\u010dn\u011b s v\u00fdb\u011brem vhodn\u00e9ho pozemku je projekt domu kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm rozhodnut\u00edm, kter\u00e9 ovlivn\u00ed kvalitu a komfort va\u0161eho \u017eivota na n\u011bkolik let \u010di dokonce desetilet\u00ed. P\u0159ed t\u00edm, ne\u017e v\u016fbec za\u010dnete se stavbou, doporu\u010dujeme v\u011bnovat mimo\u0159\u00e1dnou pozornost v\u00fdb\u011bru typu domu a p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b jeho projektov\u00e9 dokumentace. Tento technick\u00fd nedostatek <strong>m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit poru\u0161en\u00ed celistvosti zdiva<\/strong>. Velmi \u010dasto tak\u00e9 doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke\u00a0\u0161patn\u00e9mu technick\u00e9mu postupu p\u0159i pokl\u00e1dce hydroizolace. Toto se bohu\u017eel <strong>zp\u011btn\u011b velmi t\u011b\u017eko opravuje<\/strong>.\u00a0 Pozor tak\u00e9 na nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 kotven\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dek k\u00a0nosn\u00e9mu zdivu nebo brzk\u00e9 odstran\u011bn\u00ed podp\u011br stropn\u00edch konstrukc\u00ed. V\u0161echny tyto chyby <strong>mohou m\u00edt fat\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1sledky<\/strong>.
